Receive 45 mins of private instruction with Head Instructor, Xsavier Daniels. Your physical abilities, such as strength, flexibility, and dexterity will be measured in order to determine the best class for you. You will get an opportunity to experience the various drills, techniques, and exercises used in martial arts training.
